Overview
Position: Senior Property Manager
Location: Hybrid (Bristol based portfolio)
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 – 16:00 Friday

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all management aspects of developments within the portfolio.
- Carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the Companies responsibilities are met.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed regularly.
- Effectively manage the relationship with customers, respond to queries, build positive relationships with stakeholders, report to clients regularly, and attend meetings as required.
- Work with customer-formed groups such as RAs, RMCs, RTMs, etc.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
- Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
- Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost-effective.
- Ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is adhered to.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years experience in the residential property management sector.
- Ideally ATPI qualified.
- A proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience of contract management.
- Client-focused, organised, self-motivated, with the ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
