As we expand our horizons, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our UK Commercial team, focusing on strategic partnerships and commercial strategy to drive growth beyond lending.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth of the UK business. You will also be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategy, facilitating the successful integration of our recent acquisition (Aro) and developing and owning strategic partnerships outside of traditional lending, such as collaborations with credit bureaus and other key players in the financial ecosystem. We’re seeking a driven, analytical individual with a strong delivery mindset to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Manage a range of strategic partnerships, such as with credit bureaus, creating and delivering a roadmap of growth.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with ClearScore’s growth objective.
- Collaborate with the UK GM and other senior leaders to shape and refine ClearScore’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Take a lead role in the development and execution of our partner strategy
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities that inform our strategic direction.
- Commercial Delivery:
- Play a key role in the delivery of commercial growth opportunities – this will include strategic projects with our lenders and our recent acquisition of Aro
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, facilitate communication, and ensure we deliver as planned.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and optimize partnership performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong relationships across teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, growth management, or strategic partnerships,
- Experience within Financial services is beneficial but not required
