Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to assist the Contracts Manager with the day to day running of the Electrical section, helping to obtain and maintain NICEIC accreditation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure efficient operations. The job will be a mixture of working in the office and being onsite. This role is subject to a DBS check and will require a full clean driving licence. Responsibilities – Delivery of all works designated to you, including post inspection of works on current electrical operatives. – Comply with Health & Safety regulations – Sign off Electrical Certificates – Carry out installations for responsive or planned work streams across multiple contracts within the business – Ensure operatives work in accordance with company procedures and regulations – Build good working relationships with operatives and customers – Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety standards are met Qualifications – Electrical craft qualification that meets the NICEIC requirements e.g. Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation or equivalent – C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and Inspection – 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification – Experience of NICEIC certification Skills – Excellent customer focus – Good IT knowledge – Excellent organisational skills – Excellent at Problem solving – Able to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels – Experience of working in construction and or housing industries would be desirable.
