Sunderland City Council is experiencing a positive period of development and transformation, coinciding with large-scale regeneration in the city. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following position within the Economy & Place Directorate.
The Highway Projects team seeks a qualified Feasibility Technician to assist with investigating, evaluating, and delivering a range of projects within the Feasibility Team.
Applicants must be self-motivated, flexible in working arrangements, and possess relevant experience and operational knowledge.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Communicating effectively with other Services, Directorates, Councils, External Agencies, and National Bodies to ensure the section remains at the forefront of innovation and change.
- Assisting with and preparing Feasibility responses within the Transport and Infrastructure service.
- Investigating service requests through analysis and interpretation of statistical data and evidence gathering.
