Block Manager – Up to £50,000 + Benefits
📍 North West London | Established Property Management Firm

🔧 Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day reactive maintenance, including site visits and contractor liaison
- Respond to leaseholder and tenant queries across both internal and externally managed blocks
- Oversee lease alterations, sub-letting, lease variations, and liaise with solicitors as needed
- Administer the Section 20 consultation process and manage major works to completion
- Ensure compliance obligations are met, including scheduling inspections and certifications
- Assist with service charge budgeting, arrears recovery, and insurance claims
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party managing agents to review and approve expenditures
📋 Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in residential block management
- IRPM qualified or working towards (MTPI desirable)
- Strong understanding of leasehold legislation, Section 20 procedures, and LPE1s
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with leaseholders and agents
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
