\\nAbout the Role
\\nWe’re working with a well-regarded law firm in Plymouth seeking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Serious Injury team.
\\nThis is a key position with responsibility for an existing caseload, covering a mix of RTA, EL, PL, and Disease matters from fast-track claims to large loss cases, all acting for claimants. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Legal Assistant and expected to work with a good level of autonomy.

  • Manage a diverse claimant personal injury caseload with minimal supervision

  • Handle files from instruction through to settlement or trial
  • \\n\\t

  • Collaborate closely with an assigned Legal Assistant
  • \\n\\t

  • Effectively use the firm’s case management system (familiarity with multiple systems is an advantage)
  • \\n\\t

  • Attend the Plymouth office on a flexible basis (e.g. 2 days per week or 1 full week per month)
  • \\n\\t

  • (Optional) Support with a small number of civil, non-PI litigation matters, with scope to expand

  • Proven experience in claimant personal injury work

  • \\n\\t

  • Additional civil litigation experience desirable
  • \\n\\t

  • Willing to work flexibly with occasional office attendance
