Competitive Rates
This isn’t a hands-off strategy role or a technical build. It’s the sweet spot in between.
We’re looking for a senior data architecture professional who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery—someone confident engaging at board level but just as comfortable producing frameworks, requirements, and artefacts themselves.
You’ll help steer a major data transformation programme at an early stage—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum across multiple high-impact workstreams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shape enterprise-level data architectures that align technology and business needs.
- Provide architectural oversight across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and alignment.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and IT.
- Roll up your sleeves to deliver artefacts such as:
- Governance frameworks and data operating model components
- High-level functional/non-functional requirements
- RFP support documentation (scoring matrices, requirements capture)
- Support data initiatives including governance, quality, catalogue, and emerging AI policies.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Enterprise Data Architecture or similar hybrid roles.
- A strong grasp of data management principles—governance, quality, metadata, and operating models.
- Credibility to engage at CxO level, plus the delivery focus to produce tangible outputs.
- Comfort working across multiple project stages in a complex, matrix environment.
- A pragmatic mindset: strategic enough to set direction, hands-on enough to deliver
