We are currently recruiting for one of our Cambridge based clients who are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their growing team on a full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern. This role could suit a candidate making their first move from a practice environment as well as those who have experience within an industry role.

Typical duties include:
* Assist with both internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Prepare and deliver financial reports within agreed deadlines.
* Monitor and uphold internal policies and procedures with precision.
* Support year-end and interim audit processes, liaising with auditors as required.
* Prepare statutory accounts in line with relevant regulations and timelines.
* Provide financial insight and support to other departments when needed.
* Undertake additional finance-related projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
You will have:
* Accountancy Qualification (ACCA or ACA)
* Previous experience in a practice environment, ideally with exposure to a range of clients.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work.
* Flexible, collaborative, and able to support the wider team as priorities shift.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
