We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team.

Our residential service in Winnersh is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support doing art activities, sports, beauty therapy, attending courses, swimming, or bike riding.

This is an amazing role for someone looking to make a difference in someone’s life and help them grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday. This is why our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence.
