Inform Recruitment is working on behalf of a client with a strong presence across the Midlands. They have won many awards for their service and sponsor local clubs and charity events. To support the workload of the finance team and ensure a high level of client service continues to be delivered, they are recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing and enjoys working alongside a social, driven and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in accounts and be conversant with sales and purchase ledger. Experience in professional services would be highly advantageous. *PLEASE NOTE: Access to transport is ESSENTIAL due to the location. As Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for: * Sales ledger * Purchase ledger * Posting and paying receipts * Raising invoices * Liaising with clients when needed * Working as part of a team * Using industry-specific accounting software The business offers the following benefits: * 25 days of annual leave * Performance-related Christmas bonus * Health care package that includes access to 24/7 GP advice * Invitations to social and corporate events Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch
