Tomorrow is on the lookout for an experienced Principle Product Designer who\’s extremely experienced in Figma to join a global web3 entertainment startup reimagining how experiences are created and shared online. They develop and scale rich, original IP into compelling franchises, building everything from immersive products and games to multimedia experiences. Their technology innovations span gaming, automations, and DeFi infrastructure as they redefine what\’s possible in digital experiences.
Your Role
As the Principal Product Designer, you\’ll be the creative force behind complex casino products that push the boundaries of what Web3 gaming can be. You\’ll tackle the thrilling challenges of blockchain integration, navigate regulatory complexities, and champion responsible gaming – all while crafting experiences that make Web3 accessible, trustworthy, and absolutely electrifying.

- Design Revolutionary Gaming Experiences Craft comprehensive casino gaming journeys across our entire Web3 suite – from beloved classics reimagined to groundbreaking blockchain-native formats that feel intuitive from first touch.
- Pioneer Web3 Gaming Standards Set the gold standard for Web3 gaming interfaces, breaking free from tired casino design patterns to showcase blockchain\’s unique superpowers while keeping gameplay familiar and addictive.
- Master Blockchain Translation Transform complex smart contracts and blockchain mechanics into crystal-clear, confidence-building user experiences that make provably fair gaming feel magical, not mysterious.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation Collaborate with blockchain wizards, game mathematicians, and compliance experts to create designs that satisfy technical demands, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming principles without sacrificing excitement.
- Engineer Web3-Native Flows Design for the full spectrum of Web3 gaming states – wallet connections, lightning-fast transactions, gas optimization, and seamless on-chain/off-chain hybrid experiences that just work.
- Build Scalable Design Ecosystems Create cohesive design systems that adapt across game types while maintaining consistent, intuitive patterns for Web3 interactions like staking, reward claiming, and on-chain history browsing.
- Drive Data-Powered Insights Partner with research teams to decode Web3 casino player behavior, uncovering golden opportunities to eliminate friction in onboarding and amplify engagement through smart gamification and social features.
- Innovate Reward Systems Design compelling reward systems and gamification layers that create lasting player relationships beyond individual sessions – think achievement systems, competitive leaderboards, and community challenges that build genuine loyalty.

Requirements
- Proven Gaming & Web3 Design Mastery: Track record of creating engaging digital experiences in gaming and Web3 that generate genuine user addiction (the good kind!)
- Multi-Disciplinary Design Excellence: Senior-level expertise across UX, UI, and Motion design with a portfolio that showcases your range – ideally T-shaped with UI/Motion as your core strength
- Web3 Fluency: Working knowledge of Web3 fundamentals (wallets, transactions, smart contracts) with the rare ability to design intuitive abstractions for mainstream audiences
- Gaming Passion: Genuine love for gaming and entertainment, with an innate understanding of what creates thrilling experiences while maintaining player trust and safety
- Prototyping Prowess: Strong skills in bringing complex interaction patterns and real-time gaming experiences to life
- End-to-End Experience: Proven track record navigating the complete product development journey, from initial vision and discovery through to pixel-perfect execution
