About the Role
A well‑regarded law firm in Manchester is seeking a talented and motivated Financial Mis‑Selling Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to join their Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a genuine interest in financial litigation to develop their career within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of financial mis‑selling claims.
- Advise clients on merits of claims, litigation risks, and potential outcomes.
- Draft and issue court proceedings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting financial services.
- Engage with expert witnesses, financial advisers, and counsel as needed.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1–3 years PQE.
