The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented graduate to join a growing business as a Trainee Operations Manager. Operating within the lift installation and maintenance sector, this role offers a hands-on introduction to operational management with a strong focus on commercial oversight and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of ongoing lift installation and maintenance projects
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple teams and sites
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of internal operational systems and processes
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
  • Help ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

What We\’re Looking For

  • A graduate with a degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
