Job Title: SERM Medical Director

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Rate: £1150 daily rate

We’re seeking an experienced SERM Medical Director to join a global pharmaceutical manufacturer and lead safety evaluation and risk management for key assets in development and post-marketing. You’ll provide expert oversight, guide risk strategies, and support global regulatory activities within a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pharmacovigilance strategy, risk management planning, and safety governance
• Oversee safety data review, analysis, and regulatory submissions
• Manage escalation of safety issues and support regulatory authority interactions
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

Key Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (or equivalent) with significant PV experience
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep knowledge of global PV regulations and drug development
• Proven ability to lead within large matrix organisations
