About the role of Customer Liaison Officer As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll be the go-to for all client/customer communication, ensuring both parties are kept up to date with current and future Kitchen and Bathrooms schemes. Responsibilities for Customer Liaison Officer Become an integral part in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications between tenants and clients. Coordinating access arrangements when necessary and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
