As a Slicer Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visually examine and pack bacon items to customer specifications
• Sort, weigh, and slice meat to required standards
• Pack meat into trays and containers ready for dispatch
• Ensure all labels and documentation are correct
• Reject, record, and dispose of unsuitable or non-conforming product
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times
• Work in compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
• Support continuous improvement through problem-solving and quality feedback
• Follow ‘Safe Systems of Work’ and customer standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in food production or factory line work (preferred)
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety awareness
• A team player with a willingness to learn and be trained
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to follow processes and work at pace
