Are you an experienced recruiter ready to build something of your own – with the backing of an established brand?
We’re working with a long-standing, high-performing recruitment business that’s looking to expand into Newcastle and is now ready to launch a new office in the city. They’re seeking a senior consultant who has the drive, credibility, and experience to take the lead in opening and growing the business here.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s looking for ownership , autonomy , and long-term growth – both in their desk and in building a team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establish and grow a profitable desk in one of the company’s core sectors:
- Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&E
- Act as the lead recruiter for the Newcastle region
- Build and nurture client relationships — you’ll be trusted to get on with it
- Eventually hire and lead a team around you as the office grows
- Collaborate with a wider team of experienced consultants across the UK
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven 360 recruiter with at least 3 years’ experience
- Sector expertise in Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&E
- Self-motivated and driven to build something long-term
- Ready to work on-site and lay the foundations for a new office
- Comfortable with the responsibility of delivering results and leading growth
What’s On Offer:
- £35,000 – £50,000 base salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission structure : UP TO 20% as well as a management commission scheme
- OTE of £100k+
