Holiday Parks situated around North Somerset are seeking Relief Chefs for the whole Season.
Seeking Chefs that have previous experience of working in volume fast paced branded kitchens and available for immediate start.
The holiday parks require relief Chefs between July and September.
As a Relief chef you do not have to work the full season but there will be plenty of hours during the peak periods which are during school holidays.
Requirements:
Chefs that have a proven track record of working in volume kitchens following specs, complying with company regulations and procedures and can also demonstrate that they stay calm under pressure.
