About the Role
As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the daily operations, ensuring person-centred care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with empathy. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and compliance with CQC regulations while supporting and supervising a team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage weekly care rotas to ensure continuity of care
  • Conduct client assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
  • Supervise and mentor care staff, providing ongoing support and training
  • Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required to cover sickness or emergency cover

Must-Haves

  • Experience in a similar Senior Coordinator or Scheduling role in domiciliary care
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
