Your Role
Our marketing team is looking for a Growth Marketer to help drive the success of projects launching on Arbitrum. In this role, you’ll combine traditional marketing strategies with innovative Web3 growth tactics to deliver measurable results, including increases in active wallets, retained liquidity, and overall project growth. You’ll work closely with the Growth Lead to design and execute high-impact campaigns that support ecosystem expansion.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques (e.g. social campaigns, creator activations, digital marketing, NFTs, content crossovers, etc)
- Lead and conceptualize Web3 incentives growth campaigns, aligning with the partners\’ goals
- Understand partners\’ needs and craft solutions, serving as a consultant to fuel their growth and successful increase in liquidity
- Work closely with our community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end to end campaigns with message cohesion
- Work closely with the Growth Lead to design and execute high-impact campaigns that support ecosystem expansion.Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their GTM plans, industry research, and problem-solving
- Create best practices and growth programs to drive results in scale
What You\’ll Need
- DeFi and/or Web3 professional experience is highly preferred
- 2+ years in growth management or marketing, in relation to Web2 and Web3 related growth experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview
- In-depth knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem
- Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey
- Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners
- Proven ability in data analytics and interpretation, using insights to inform growth decisions and optimize campaigns
- Experience in community building and engagement, with a track record of fostering active and loyal user bases
- Strong go-to-market strategy skills, with hands-on experience designing and executing campaigns across partnerships, incentives, social media, and more
- Be able to work across time zones with global partners
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
