NLAW Assembler Level 2

Overview

NLAW Assembler Level 2 role at Eaton (South Molton, England, United Kingdom).

What You’ll Do

To assemble, within a controlled environment, all products produced by the NLAW Cell.

• Assembly of NLAW specific components
• Soldering in accordance with IPC610
• Part selection according to job orders
• Adhering to strict guidelines in regard to product output
• Obtain and Maintain “A-Stamp” approval status
• Knowledge and application of 8 Lean tools, participating in Kaizen events
• Internal training scheme, resulting in NVQ2 & 3 – Electrical and Mechanical Assembly, IPC610 soldering, and ESD training
• Work on own initiatives and resolve any issues or problems to company specific procedures

Hours Of Work

• Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45
• Friday 08:00 to 12:00
• 37 hours per week

Qualifications

• Soldering experience is advantageous
• Full training will be provided
