As a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. Your experience in leading, coaching, and motivating teams will be vital. We also offer personal development opportunities and flexible working options.
Key responsibilities:
- Support store management across all product areas and back of house operations
- Manage a team to provide excellent service, accurate stock processes, and achieve targets in a safe, operational environment
- Create an inspiring and motivating atmosphere for your team
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach in commercial and operational activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date communication to meet business needs
