About Role:
We are looking for a Python Tech Lead who is passionate about hands-on coding (60%) while also driving technical leadership and resolution (40%). This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in API development, strong architectural knowledge, and a proven track record of leading teams in an agile, CI/CD-driven environment. Experience working on product-based platforms/projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs using Python.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented object-oriented code.
- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
Technical Leadership & Resolution:
- Provide technical guidance, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
- Architect and design system-level solutions, considering scalability and performance.
- Act as a technical mentor for developers, conducting code reviews and guiding design discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience building APIs in Python.
