Senior Agent – Water, Civil Engineering & Infrastructure
Location: Southampton, Hampshire & Surrounding Region
Contract: Ongoing (circa 12 months)
Rate: Circa 450- 550/day (Negotiable)

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a key client for an experienced Senior Agent to lead the delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project in the Hampshire region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project partners and subcontractors to deliver works aligned to client objectives.
• Ensure site teams fully understand project requirements and are supported to deliver to scope and standards.
• Oversee direct reports, provide performance reviews and contribute to team development.
• Ensure engineering, subcontractor, and measurement activities meet contract obligations.
• Drive the Construction Programme, keeping the team informed of milestones and changes.
• Chair and contribute to progress, coordination, and resource meetings.
• Lead on Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance across all activities.
• Monitor costs versus budgets, and forecast with precision.
• Manage project risks and opportunities through proactive risk register updates and mitigation plans.
• Support the change control process, ensuring impacts are clearly communicated and actioned.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience at Agent or Senior Agent level within civil engineering or construction.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Working towards or holding Chartered Membership (ICE, CIOB or equivalent).

Desirable Experience:

• Involvement in major projects ( 30m+).
• Temporary works coordination, confined space work, lifting operations, scaffold inspection, corrosion protection.
• Experience with traffic management and/or design management responsibilities.
