Job Description
ERP Functional Consultant
Looking to take that next step in your ERP consulting career? We’re working with a fast-growing Microsoft partner that’s delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM solutions across the UK and internationally, and they’re on the lookout for a Functional Consultant to join their team.
If you’ve worked with ERP systems like Business Central, NAV, SAGE, Orderwise, or similar, and enjoy working directly with clients to shape their digital transformation, this one’s for you.
✅ What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with clients to understand how their business ticks and turning that into a smart BC solution.
- Helping with pre-sales by running workshops and giving technical input
- Managing full end-to-end implementations, from planning to go-live
- Writing up functional docs and mapping out processes
- Configuring the system, testing it, and supporting data migration
- Providing training and support to users throughout the journey
- Collaborating with internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly
🔍 What we’re looking for:
- Strong ERP background, especially with D365 Business Central or NAV.
- At least 3-5 years experience in ERP role
- Confident delivering client workshops and gathering requirements
- Able to configure systems and document processes effectively
- Great communicator who’s comfortable with users and stakeholders alike
- Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Project
- Bonus if you’ve worked with CRM platforms or come from industries like retail, pharma, or manufacturing
