As our Event Operations Associate, you get the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest conferences across our portfolio companies By providing you with the ownership of our conferences, we want to constantly push you out of your comfort zone. You’ll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never ending growth curve, we provide you with:

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibility will be to help our portfolio companies create the greatest conference experiences, which entails that you:
- Create a vision and lay out a strategy for creating extraordinary experiences while innovating on opportunities and ideas
- Make a detailed plan for how to execute the vision and strategy
- Identify and contact potential partners
- Promote events and close deals
- Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfaction

Furthermore, we expect that you:
- Have acquired a bachelor or master\’s degree with outstanding results
- Willing to work in a role with outstanding performance within event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations or another relevant field
- Have an UK work permit
- Have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and details
- Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise your work
- Like to build and nurture relations

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
