What you’ll be doing

Lead Exciting Events: Working with the Event Manager to take charge of planning and managing a variety of internal, external & digital events, across NHBC’s wide ranging events programme ensuring they are delivered within budget and exceed expectations.

Innovate: Interpret briefs from senior internal clients to develop, propose, and create innovate ideas to deliver solutions to meet these briefs.

Collaborate: Coordinate, engage and work with multiple internal stakeholders, suppliers and venues to ensure the full lifecycle of the event is a success across all planning, delivery and debrief stages.

Be the Go to Person: Provide high-level support across all event disciplines and step in for the Event Manager when needed, showcasing your expertise and leadership.

Inspire: Mentor the Events Executive, using your valuable experience to provide advice and guidance on event management.

Drive Success: Keep a close eye on budgets to make sure events are on time and within budget. Regularly check how well events are doing, set and evaluate KPIs, and create reports to drive and facilitate continuous improvement.
