Job Overview
As Archer expands its global footprint and optimizes its supply chain, we seek an experienced Warehouse and Materials Specialist based at our Blackburn site (Aberdeen). This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing procurement and distribution across regions.
- Coordinating with international logistics partners for time-critical shipments.
- Collaborating with finance for landed cost tracking and capital project budgeting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and logistics platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of technical drawings, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of warehouse principles.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations for domestic and international shipments.
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS.
- Forklift certification is advantageous.
