Job Overview

As Archer expands its global footprint and optimizes its supply chain, we seek an experienced Warehouse and Materials Specialist based at our Blackburn site (Aberdeen). This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  1. Planning and managing procurement and distribution across regions.
  2. Coordinating with international logistics partners for time-critical shipments.
  3. Collaborating with finance for landed cost tracking and capital project budgeting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and logistics platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of technical drawings, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of warehouse principles.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations for domestic and international shipments.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS.
  • Forklift certification is advantageous.
