Quantity Surveyor Permanent, Full time £45,000 to £55,000 DOE Healthcare Company car Belfast area CPL are delighted to be recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to come and join NIs leading construction groups. Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications. Excellent salary DOE Pension Great holiday entitlement Healthcare plan Company car Exceptional team and support The role: Analyse construction drawings and specifications to identify labour, material, and specialist requirements Preparation of enquiry documents, sourcing and obtaining material and subcontractor quotations including final negotiations and placement of sub-contractor orders Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors on a regular basis to ensure budgets are not exceeded Complete monthly sub contractor valuations through to final account Complete monthly valuations to PQS and record all additional works items What were looking for: Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or in other related disciplines.
