Job Description

A multiple award winning Chartered Financial Adviser firm with offices across Scotland require a Chartered (or close to completing) Financial Adviser/ Senior to join one of their teams. With offices in central Edinburgh or Glasgow (flexible in location) this is a truly rare opportunity to join an industry leader with an outstanding reputation in the market, who pride themselves in client service and company ethics.

The vacancy is due to growth of the firm via gradual, specific acquisitions and to ensure they maintain client standards and retention. Their advisers are some of the best in the industry with a first-class team culture.

In the role due to their approach to clients, you would be servicing, retaining and developing relationships through a genuine care for providing exceptional advice and gaining referrals to grow further in due course. Whilst not a requirement for this position, they could also provide a safe home for any transferrable business when restrictive covenants allow.

The right individual would be an adviser with several years' experience having worked with medium-high net worth clients – whether at a reputable IFA or investment manager/other practise.

Ideally the successful candidate will be Chartered or at least close to obtaining having exams scheduled/recently passed to complete this status. Pension transfer/cashflow experience would be an additional benefit but not a prerequisite.

In return they are offering a highly attractive basic salary (heavily depending on experience and qualifications), leading benefits, some of the best admin / paraplanner support available and a chance to be a part of their continued never mind further anticipated further growth. A truly rare opportunity for a first-class financial adviser who is interested in a change.

They are keen to carry out video calls/remote interviews as soon as possible so please get in touch with Alison Curran either by applying, or email alison.curran@edenscott.com to discuss further.

Any enquiries treated in the absolute strictest of confidence and only taken further if of interest.
