Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (6-6 or 10-10 shifts), with 2/4 days on-site

About the Role:

We are seeking a Remote Optimisation Engineer to provide remote support to clients, manage helpdesk tickets, perform basic energy investigations, and carry out remote Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for energy optimisation. You will play a key role in improving energy efficiency across a range of sectors, including retail, commercial, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve client issues within SLAs
• Conduct remote PPM and energy investigations
• Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems
• Produce reports and ensure efficient escalation of issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to sustainability goals

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC/mechanical plant operations
• Experience with fault finding and BMS software
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Passion for energy efficiency and sustainability
