E&I Project Manager

Our client, a key player within the energy sector, is currently seeking an experienced E&I Project Manager to join their dynamic team permanently. This role is integral in managing all aspects of E&I project construction, ensuring high standards in HSE, quality, technical precision, and productivity. E&I Project Manager – Key Responsibilities: Provide Health and Safety leadership by example, through communication, compliance monitoring, and shared learning. Work closely with the project team to ensure a consistent approach to all work carried out. Produce E&I estimates within the customer-owned database. Manage changes, including cost variations and schedules. Adopt standard project control management, monitoring KPIs and compliance procedures. Set and manage achievable goals and targets for the site team. Ensure the competency of project personnel in your team. Maintain accountability for the quality of work delivered by your team/department. Manage labour resources and materials for the contract. Coordinate vendors and sub-contractors. Ensure clear and approved work scopes are available for the project team. Contribute to meetings, presentations, and reviews with stakeholders to effectively communicate and monitor progress. Ensure all project controls meet or exceed the project KPIs. Job Requirements:
