Job Description
Bairstow Eves Estate Agency is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Cannock.
OTE £35k
We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers\’ experience throughout the mortgage process. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
- Attracting new customers and business, with a focus on achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
- Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, providing advice on suitable products and services
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships
Skills and experience required:
- CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
- Exceptional customer care and service skills
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
