The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

SEN Teaching Assistant required to work with a KS1 & KS2 SEN children in Romford School. Experience and knowledge of working with Autism, ADHD, Pre Verbal, Non Verbal & SEMH would be an advantage.

To Start : September 2025 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm (Term time only with additional holiday pay)

This is an opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant ,Youth Worker or Psychology graduate to make a real difference to their young lives.

Special Needs Teaching Assistant Role & Qualification:

  • To support KS1 and KS2 SEN students with Autism, ADHD, Pre Verbal, Non Verbal and SEMH
  • Able to identify & manage triggers and traits.
  • To work as a team alongside the class teacher with the students learning and development within the classroom.
  • Youth worker background or supporting children within the care sector.
  • L2/L3 Teaching Assistant, Care or SEND qualification.
