The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient running of their production operations, ensuring that the products are assembled and packaged correctly, and orders are fulfilled to a high standard.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join a small but growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient running of their production operations, ensuring that the products are assembled and packaged correctly, and orders are fulfilled to a high standard.
Production Duties
- Assembly Duties: Assist in the assembly or production of items as per company specifications.
- Quality Checks: Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Packaging: Ensure products are packaged securely and correctly, following instructions and guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate production machinery or tools (training provided, if necessary).
Essential
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Physically fit, able to lift and carry heavy items if / when required.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on varied tasks.
Desirable
- Experience within a warehouse environment
- Forklift license or experience
- Basic knowledge of production processes or machinery.
- Basic electrical knowledge and good working with hands.
Any warehouse experience, picking, packing and Reach Forklift would be an advantage but not essential for this role as the position will lean mostly on the production / assembly side.

- Physical Demands: This role involves physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
