Overview

Class 1 Day Driver role with East Indonesia Union Confrence of Seventh-day Adventist Church (UKIKT). Based in Belper, Derbyshire. Ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position.

The Role

  • Making palletised goods deliveries to businesses
  • Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
  • Operating a pump truck and tail lift when required
  • Completing HGV vehicle checks
  • Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
  • Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
  • Starting between 06:00 am – 08:00 am, completing 50+ hours per week

Requirements

  • Category C+E licence entitlement
  • A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
  • Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest

Pay Rates (PAYE)

£18.25 – £19.37 per hour (Monday to Friday). Temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent.
