Logistics Coordinator

Our client is a niche Designer and Manufacturer of products within their field and have been established for over 30 years. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics coordinator to manage and optimise their logistics processes whilst ensuring top quality service levels.

Responsibilies include:

• Order processing

• Producing and processing Purchase Orders

• Booking transport as required

• First point of contact for Customer and Supplier queries and enquiries

• Track Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and ensuring compliance

• Updating the internal system with accurate ETAs and rectifying any discrepancies

• Logistics Administration ensuring every aspect of the order process is completed to expected service standards.
