Senior IT Account Executive – Dynamics 365 (Account Growth & Relationship Management)

Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: 80k + OTE + Benefits

Job Type: Permanent

We are working with a well-regarded Microsoft Partner that is looking to strengthen its client services team with the addition of a Senior IT Account Executive. This role is focused exclusively on managing and growing existing client accounts through strategic relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling Dynamics 365 solutions.

The Role

This is a non-new-business role, ideal for a commercially minded account manager who excels at nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with delivery and technical teams to identify opportunities for additional value within existing accounts, ensuring clients are fully leveraging the Microsoft stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients using Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Business Central, Power Platform).
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored roadmaps and solution enhancements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft’s evolving product offerings and licensing models.
  • Support renewal processes and ensure long-term account health.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience managing IT or software accounts within a Microsoft Partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts through consultative selling and strategic engagement.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
