The ITV Pensions team in Preston is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ITV Pension Scheme for its members. The team uses their expertise to coordinate and supervise all aspects of the Scheme.
The role..
We are seeking a meticulous Financial Data Coordinator to support our multifaceted Pensions Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to review and interpret financial data using spreadsheets (primarily Excel), and to present this information in a clear and understandable format. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with spreadsheets and word documents and will play a key role in supporting a team of busy pension analysts by ensuring data accuracy and providing administrative and coordination support.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Work with the project team on various pension-related data projects
- Support daily tasks and activities by helping handle data and prepare reports or communications
- Follow set procedures to assist with more detailed or sophisticated tasks
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to help deliver both new and existing processes
- Run multiple tasks or projects at the same time
- Keep project files and documents up to date and coordinated
- Help build and improve training materials and process guides
- Suggest and support ideas to improve how we work
- Maintain standard documents, letters, and records used in the team
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Previous working experience in a coordinator/administrative role in either a financial or pensions environment
- Confident using Excel, including formulas, to work with and present data
- Experience handling and understanding large sets of data from different sources
- Able to follow detailed processes and spot any mistakes or gaps in data to make sure it’s accurate and consistent
