About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Content Writer / Creator to enhance our online presence, improve the customer experience, and drive revenue through engaging and informative digital content. This role will be key in creating demand for Baxi’s products and services online, ensuring we attract, engage, and convert customers through high-quality content that feeds the marketing funnel.
On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for, but not limited to :
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our digital marketing objectives, customer needs, and brand positioning.
- Create compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate technical information into engaging, customer-friendly content.
- Ensure all content is optimised for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
- Develop lead-generating content such as downloadable guides, case studies, and interactive tools to nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Create content that attracts, engages, and educates potential customers, driving awareness and interest in our products and services.
- Support inbound marketing efforts by producing content for lead generation campaigns, including landing pages, gated content, and nurture emails.
- Work closely with paid media teams to optimise content for PPC, display, and paid social campaigns that generate demand and feed the sales funnel.
- Identify key digital touchpoints where content can influence customer decision-making and increase conversions.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform content strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with UX designers and web developers to enhance the online customer journey and improve website performance.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct content audits and user research to identify areas for improvement.
- Track and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO software.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and optimise for better engagement and conversions
- Report on key content KPIs and present recommendations for improvement.
About you:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, UX, lead generation, and social media marketing.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical topics for different audiences.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive. We also offer 25 days holiday in addition to standard UK Bank holidays, income protection, a contributory pension, maternity, paternity sick pay schemes, staff discounts and more.
