Shepherd Neame is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to join our team. If you have previous experience at a senior chef level and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge in the kitchen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pier Five is a contemporary bar and kitchen located on Chatham Maritime Marina. Our customers enjoy waterside views on the riverside terrace, with a menu featuring hand-crafted beers and lagers, craft spirits and cocktails, and the freshest artisan coffees.

We recognize that an excellent Head Chef is essential for a successful kitchen. In this role, you will work alongside the General Manager to achieve key objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster growth at your site. You will support creating an inclusive culture and lead your team to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
