We are seeking individuals with a diverse range of skills to help us fulfill our mission.

HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity, working with around 1,000 local people annually to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

It is an exciting time to join HARP. The organization has experienced significant growth and change over the past year, with ambitious plans to continue transforming lives.

About The Role

Applicants must be available for an interview on 6th August 2025.

Do you have experience working with individuals facing multiple disadvantages? Are you interested in working as part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of those we support?

  • As Coordinator, you will support the Team Manager in providing accommodation and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • You will be a key member of the operational team, collaborating with external services to support residents.
  • You will coordinate with Complex Needs Project support workers to ensure ongoing support, working alongside external agencies providing professional assistance.
  • You will manage a small caseload, advocating for clients and helping them access appropriate services, including long-term housing.
