Responsabilidades:

  • Ser responsável pela atração e recrutamento de talentos estratégicos, desde a triagem até a condução de entrevistas e fechamento da vaga.
  • Zelar pelo fit cultural, sendo guardião(a) da nossa cultura.
  • Participar da integração de novos investidores, garantindo um onboarding estruturado e inspirador.
  • Analisar clima organizacional, identificar melhorias e atuar para manter o time engajado.
  • Lidar com conflitos e crises com visão sistêmica e foco em soluções.
  • Trabalhar com metas desafiadoras, orientado à performance e excelência.
  • Gerenciar e desenvolver o time de Talent Acquisition, assumindo o papel de liderança direta e sendo o ponto de contato entre gerência e o time de talents.
