Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior stakeholders, managing administrative and procurement tasks, and ensuring the smooth coordination of project-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO Lead in managing billing and procurement-related tasks for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for project team members.
- Maintain and manage the project calendar, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel between project teams and project sites.
- Oversee project and office assets; manage procurement of office supplies and facilities as needed.
- Attend and document meeting minutes during project meetings, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional coordination skills and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a project coordination or PMO support role is an advantage.
