Your Role As an IT Support Technician, you will: Deliver all aspects of IT support, including onboarding, maintaining, training, and offboarding users and assets. Respond to support requests, log issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes. Prioritise responses, deliver technical support, and resolve hands-on issues following standard operating procedures. Maintain and support systems, including Windows clients, servers, and networks. Manage cybersecurity measures, such as firewalls, backups, and antivirus software. Support and maintain devices like PCs, phones, mobiles, printers, and switches. Ensure information and cybersecurity records are updated to support audits and compliance. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in IT support roles. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to create positive user experiences. Experience managing and maintaining Windows domains, PCs, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of securing Windows clients, servers, and networks. The ability to support the full lifecycle of users and assets, from onboarding to offboarding.
