As an Accommodation Porter, your role is to support the Accommodation team so they can effectively deliver on their role. You will have some specific tasks including (but not limited to) carpet and upholstery cleaning, Linen (packing and delivering) and the delivery of hire goods and inventory stock. • Exceed our guests’ expectations and assist in delivering year on year quality improvement. • Support Accommodation Team Members by delivery of clean linen, inventory and hire goods as well as the collection of dirty linen, on each guest arrival day. • Delivering and supporting a high-quality accommodation experience for all our guests with upholstery, carpet and external caravan and decking cleans. • The packing, counting and sorting of linen. • Exceptional organisational skills to process and effectively manage the workload. • Manage and control the stock of inventory including routine audits. • Role model effective team-ship behaviours and our vision and values. • Communicate effectively to all team members . • Be an advocate for working within a high performing team and celebrate individual and team success. Health & Safety Misc: • Follow all company processes and procedures as per your training • Keep yourself, your colleagues and our guests safe by adhering to all company guidelines around using and storing cleaning products. • In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to assist with duties not directly linked to your job description but commensurate with your position and in accordance with the job purpose from time to time.
