Accounts Assistant | Market Leading Platform – 12-14-month FTC Mat Cover Harmonic Finance are exclusively representing this Manchester-based Platform Company to recruit a new Accounts Assistant into their team. The Role: The ideal candidate will support the businesses Finance Manager by maintaining accurate records and ensure timely data entry. Key responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, entering purchase invoices into system, processing staff expenses, weekly payment runs as well as monitoring the finance inbox and supporting to resolve any queries. Required Skills: We\’re looking for a candidate with at least 12 months of experience working within Finance. Experience within the Tech Space would be advantageous but not essential, Experience using Xero would be advantageous but not essential.
