Sales and Customer Service Advisor

Sales and Customer Service Advisor Taskmaster Resources are looking for a professional, committed and experienced Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join the team of our client based in Peterborough. Our client is looking for a motivated, self-driven candidate that is up for a challenge working within a small team. A positive \’can-do\’ attitude is essential. Responsibilities will include: Handling inbound sales enquiries received via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner, from both existing and new customers, preparing quotes and securing sales. A customer service background is required as you will also need to have strong telephone communication skills, be costumer focused and able to demonstrate good attention to detail. You will also need to be computer literate, able to work under pressure and be self-motivated. Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm (30 minutes unpaid break) Pay rate: £12.56-£12.82ph.
