A Day in the Life
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic\’s Diabetes business. Medtronic plans to separate its Diabetes division to foster future growth and innovation, reallocating investments and resources across the company. This separation enables our team to operate with greater speed and agility, leveraging increased investments to drive innovation and improve patient care.
We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team! This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in our Watford office and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing safe and accurate technical support to customers using Medtronic Diabetes products and services
- Supporting patients, Medtronic personnel, and healthcare professionals
- Resolving technical queries with troubleshooting tools
- Documenting all interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Exceeding customer expectations through effective inquiry resolution
- Striving for first contact resolution and delivering world-class service
- Gaining in-depth product knowledge, understanding call and quality management, and troubleshooting
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
- Ability to stay calm and resilient under pressure
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Effective multitasking skills, navigating multiple programs to access data and provide real-time care instructions
- Basic to intermediate math skills for assisting with vital statistics
