Northern State University seeks a part-time Track/Cross Country Coach.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to recruit and sign student-athletes with potential for academic and athletic success.

The successful candidate will have a Cross Country and Distance background, but will assist with all aspects of six NCAA Division II intercollegiate sport programs: men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s indoor track & field, and men’s and women’s outdoor track & field.

70% of this position’s responsibility will be the assistant men’s and women’s track coach. The remaining 30% will be to perform the duties leading the men’s and women’s cross-country program. The Director of Track & Field/CC will be the supervisor of this position, will assign duties and conduct the annual performance evaluation
